Deposit Policy
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is paid via Cash App to $5206EllenA and holds your selected date and time. The remaining balance can be paid according to the salon's accepted payment options.
Appointment Policy
Appointments are strongly encouraged to secure your spot. Walk-ins are not guaranteed, especially for longer services. Booking online ensures your stylist and time are reserved for you.
Late Arrival & Rescheduling

Hair Requirements
Each service clearly states whether hair is included. For applicable braiding styles, high-quality braiding hair is included in the booking price. For services where hair is excluded (such as loc extensions), this is noted on the service and you may be asked to bring specific hair.
